Time keeps on slippin', slippin', slippin' into the future
I want to fly like an eagle to the sea

Elita continued to follow the hologram, confusion still clearly written on her face. She wondered just what was going on, and why was the ship talking to her in circles, and she suddenly realized that it sounded like a riddle more than anything else. Which means that she would have to figure this out on her own, and her glaze returned to the book in her hands. She suppose it is a piece of the riddle that the TARDIS was telling her, and suddenly realized that it has to do with her more than anything else. She then looked back at the hologram, knowing what this could possibly mean for both of them. She couldn’t know her future, but yet again the ship was hinting at it. Helping her a bit. It was indeed against the rules set down by her race, but yet she was getting hints about it.
”You’re very smart, Elita. Even for a young Timelady. I have faith that you will figure it out without my help.”
She knew she was smart. Time Lords usually were, but being called smart by Time Lord standards was something else entirely. She found herself smirking much like the Doctor would when he was praised for being either handsome or brilliant. She really looked up to her guardian, and her adapting his quirks and bit of his personality showed that much. She suddenly had the urge to open the book, sink to the floor, and begin reading it. However she didn’t know if she’ll have the focus to stay concentrated on the story, for her mind was indeed focused on this ‘riddle’ that the ship had just presented her. She ended up biting her bottom lip as she was unsure of what to do now. She wanted to ask for more information on what she was already told. She wanted to go back to reading that book in her quarters on Gallifrey. She wanted to open up the tiny, orange, scorched book and read it. She was unsure of what to do, just like the time the Doctor urged her to open her fob watch when she was eight.
”Trust me, Elita. You have to trust me…I will always take you where you need to go.”
Elita always had a feeling that the TARDIS always took the Doctor where he needed to go instead of where he wanted to go, like landing somewhere different than they expected. Because of something that was wrong and needed to be fixed. Granted, she couldn’t pilot the ship but she was just told that she will be led to where she needed to go. So she of course made a mental note to explore each time they landed to see if she could find anything that was somehow connected to the book in her hands. She of course smiled a ‘thank you’ smile and nodded her head that she of coursed trusted the ship. She would always trust the ship, as she felt it was the safest place for her in all the universe. She didn’t know why, but she just knew it was the safest place for her to be. Perhaps she could ask the Doctor later…
”It’s a good book. You’ll like it.”
There she goes again. Telling the young Time Lord about the book. Nothing more. She of course looked back up at the hologram, biting her bottom lip some more. ”What is it about?” She asked, stroking the cover of the book like she like it. Like it was her favorite. She has already somehow connected that the book was a key to her future, but she didn’t know how…yet. She was very confused, but she was beginning to figure out what was the TARDIS not telling her. She knew she was going to have to be careful of what she asked the ship when she needed help from this point forward on this subject…
”Why are you helping me and risking going against your programming?” She asked, knowing that the ship would know what Elita was talking about. She of course had sense of rules of the timelines ingrained in her since looking upon the untempered schism. She guessed asking that question wouldn’t go against any rules or programming. She just hoped that she would receive a straight answer with that question, and not another bypass…Other person talking
Thinking
”Speaking…”
