Please use the following form when requesting affiliation...[b]Site Name[/b] (the name of your site, duh)
[b]TNAoH Banner?[/b] (is the AoT banner up at this site? Answer no and the form gets deleted )
[b]RPG or No?[/b] (is it an RPG or not?)
[b]Site Link[/b] (link to your site)
[b]Banner Link/Image[/b] (link to your image or use [img]link[/img] tags to show it. Must be 88x31 pixels)
[b]Banner Code[/b] (those of you that know how to make a code to put up a banner, put it here for handy copy and paste, use the code tags [code ]bannercodehere[/ code], I had put a space in the tags to show you what they look like.)
