PERSONALITY: Elita is a very smart, intelligent, and sometimes cunning girl. She is also very shy around strangers that is until she is comfortable around them. This may be due to her being kidnapped while under the Chameleon Arch. She also is not a very trusting person, but she trusts the Doctor completely.

HISTORY: Elita was born during the last Great Time War, and sent away to the Time Lord Academy at the age of eight. However Amarantha and Czeslaw saw that they will not survive the war and neither will their precious child. So they took Elita away from Gallifrey and hid her on Earth in the care of a portly, loving, childless woman. Elita was to use the Chameleon Arch for the first time to hide the fact that she is a Time Lord.
Soon after Elita’s arrival on Earth, an alien of unknown origins crash landed in her neighborhood and merged itself with human DNA to create an abomination of nature. It started to terrorize the neighborhood before it was even born, as it needed fresh blood from a child to survive. It grew up very quickly, and soon killed it’s mother. Then it continued to kidnap and kill nearby children. It wasn’t long before Elita was captured and prepared for consumption.
The Doctor arrived in that timeline just as soon as Elita was taken, and he quickly worked out just what and who she was. He had to do something, as he knew that he was no longer the last of kind. However, if he doesn’t do something quickly he maybe just that. Alone. He quickly worked out what had taken the neighborhood and surrounding area in terror’s grip, and figured out a way to beat the hybrid. He arrived just in time to overpower the creature and take Elita back to her home.
Once there, The Doctor convinced her to open the fob watch which contained her Time Lord essence. Once Elita had opened the watch, she remembered everything and knew that she was not the only one of her kind. The Doctor took Elita and began to teach her what it means to be a Time Lord in his mind, and took her with him as he traveled. And she had stayed at his side faithfully until he met seven-year-old Amelia Pond. He promised to be back in five minutes, but instead it was twelve years. Elita grew up on Earth in the Pond household, and saw him when he finally returned. Once he defeated Prisoner Zero and warned the Atraxi, he took off again for an additional two years. When he finally returned, she didn’t waste no time in dashing inside his TARDIS before he left her once more.
Now the two of them, plus Amy Pond, were called back to Earth, to fuel up and learned that the Rift was acting very strange. The Doctor took Elita with him as he paid a visit to the nearby Torchwood to see if they could be of any help.

TARDIS
(If you are not a Time Lord or Lady, then ignore this section. If you are, then you MUST fill this part out.)
- Name: TARDIS
- Description: It is an obsolete Mark I Type 40 TARDIS, that has been stuck in the shape of a 1963 London police box on the outside. The interior contains among other rooms some sleeping quarters & related facilities, a library, a wardrobe, the Cloister Room, and the Zero Room. The control room has undergone six versons, the lastest has a more hexagonal console, rather than the previous circular one and instruments resembling a typewriter, a telegraph, a gramophone, a set of hot and cold taps, and a view-screen made by Magpie Electricals. Each side of the console is centered around a different function (steering, fabrication, etc.) A larger, circular view screen is set into one of the walls. There are fewer roundels on the walls, and an area located underneath the main console which houses the heart of the TARDIS and what appears to be an oily substance surrounding it. This version also possessed an actual phone that people could call the Doctor on.
It has at least three floors such as the lower section, the console room level and the second level, and several rooms, including a library and pool. The consequences of the Dream Lord.
The TARDIS still retains its quirks. A number of times that the Doctor attempted to travel somewhere specific since its change, he has arrived late, in one instance taking twelve, then two years, one another a whole month.
POST RP EXAMPLE:Taken from an old DW and TW site I created.
Elita had managed to slip off from the TARDIS, the Doctor, and Rose. It was beautiful day, and the three of them were outside exploring quaint 19th century English countryside. She of course had a book in her hands reading it, and like the technological genius she was she had somehow managed to shimmer the cover of the book with a more age and time appropriate title. It would be rather hard for her to explain why a ten year old girl was reading ‘Fahrenheit 451’ to someone from that time. One the book hasn’t even been written yet, and two it would be clearly noticeable that the reading level of the book is way more extensive than that of a child her age.
She had managed to read and walk, and thought that she was walking around in circles of the two adults that were suppose to be looking after her. However, when she looked up from her reading she saw that her guardian and Rose were nowhere to be found. Great. She had lost them, and now she was alone in 19th century somewhere with a book that would cause a great paradox if fell into the wrong hands. She sighed and closed the book before hugging it to her chest, as soon as she realized that she had accidentally wondered into the red light district of the village. ’Crap…’ She thought to herself and began to feel a bit frighten.
Elita didn’t understand how she could have wondered off from the two people that she needed the most. She saw as paupers and prostitutes as well as urchins came at her looking wild and such. She shrank back in fear, and didn’t want them to touch her. And more importantly, didn’t want the urchins to recruit her either. She didn’t think she could handle that life, not with what she was and what she can do. Then a male voice sounded from somewhere behind her. “’Ello, missy. Are ye lost? I’ll help yeh find y’r mum and pop…” The voice was untrusting, like it was just too eager to help her. She couldn’t trust this man.
A perk of being her, was that she could tell what someone has done and what they were going to do. This man behind her, dressed in rags as she saw when she turned around to face him, had no indent of helping her. “No cheers, but my parents are just over there in that shop.” She lied to the man in hopes that he would just leave her alone. She knew that was not going to happen as he took a few steps closer to her, and she took a few steps backward from him.
However the man continued to approach little, scared Elita. She suddenly wished that either Rose or the Doctor were there with her. She didn’t know what else to do, and the man still insisted that he help her. “Now I can’t just leave ye alone miss. What kind of gentleman would I be? I really want to help thou, missy.” She knew that was a total lie. She silently attempted to send out a shout. ”Help me! Someone help me please!!” She tried to send out a telepathically SOS.
